Abstract

This research's objective is to judge the extent of cohesiveness between two comedians using their respective YouTube channels by collaborating in delivering humour. The research used a qualitative method by observation in three periods for three collaboration projects. Their high level of reciprocal communication has led them into the successful YouTube collaboration (recognized by the high number of views, like expressions and positive comments for both channels) which needs a higher level of reciprocal cooperation. This higher level of reciprocity needs a higher level of cohesiveness as a team. Their particular cohesiveness was transmitted and deployed to their respective teams for their respective channels. The transmission and deployment of their cohesiveness when delivering and socializing ideas, strengthen their team's cohesiveness and teamwork as well. Even their reciprocity was transmitted as well to their respective teams, especially particular members. The cohesiveness and reciprocity in their respective teams, as well as their joint team in particular moments, were still of good quality. This kind of quality was very much needed in producing videos for their collaboration projects on their YouTube channels.
