Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (prodqual), packaging and prices as independent variables on the sales performance of SMEs as a dependent variable in Jagakarsa sub-district, South Jakarta (then called SME’s). This research is a quantitative study with positivism paradigm approach survey method. The population of this study is the customer of SMEs.
