Abstract

Providing an intelligent campus guiding application is a good example of smart campus. Our smartphone APP focused on monitor the drivers' illegal behaviors, such as illegal parking for safety and management issues. For illegal parking detection, the motion mode recognition algorithm is focused on to detect the walking mode after drivers park their cars.
