Abstract
Mold level control is one of most important control loop in steel continuous casting process, because level variations higher than 6 - 10mm may impair the surface quality of the final products. The goal of this paper is to apply the Repetitive Generalized Predictive Controller (R-GPC) to control the mold level, considering bulging disturbances.
