A positive effect is also discovered to exist between communication and employees’ commitment. Communication mediates transformational and transactional styles and employee commitment. The original contribution to knowledge is the mediating role communication plays in DID in relation to employees’ commitment. Abstract

Employee commitment is the essential element especially for the government entities success where employees are not willing to perform and this situation motivates the research to examine employee commitment of the government entities in Dubai.
