The research method that will be used in this research is the Mixed Method of Embedded Design. The design used is quasi - experimental design (Quasi Experi ment), namely the design of the control group (pretest and posttest). The research sample is 2 classes, namely students of class X RPL 2 consisting of 24 students as the experimental class and class X RPL 1 as a control class consisting of 24 students. Dat a collection techniques used in this study include: student motivation to learn math questionnaires, interviews, observation. The mathematics learning motivation questionnaire was given to students after learning, this questionnaire consisted of 30 stateme nts that were supplemented by five answer choices.
