The significance level of most of the test variable in one-way ANOVA were greater than the 95% confidence interval, confirming the similarity of results given by the companies. FCAW is still one of the most used welding methods by the industrial companies internationally due to its ease of use. Welding problems are encountered despite of this and having welders training. Additionally, the researchers obtained sample mean of competitiveness in terms of product quality and performance level, having 4.6 for domestic and 4.33 for international (5 being the highest level). Abstract

The study focuses on analyzing the industrial applications done by international companies using Flux Cored Arc Welding, considering the factors of welding quality, productivity, economy, practices, problem and solutions.
