Firstly, from the structure and parameter design of π networks, equivalent circuits of two π networks are given. Based on this, the characteristics of π and T networks are explored and their transitions are given. Then the voltage characteristics of the two two-port networks are analyzed, and the overvoltage of the two networks under single-phase grounding and lightning strike is explored, which provides reference for the insulation coordination of long-distance transmission lines connected to the two-port networks. Abstract
Π two-port networks and T two-port networks have different structures, parameters and show different transient characteristics, which can be used as a reference for engineering applications.
