Pause-Reboot-SOAR: Supporting Champlain College Students During the Pandemic

Abstract

This article describes the process and tools used in facilitating each stage of the Pause, Reboot, SOAR program, including challenges in implementation and strategies to improve future iterations of academic recovery programming to increase student retention and persistence to graduation.
