Developing a Recommendation Web Service for a Federation of Learning Repositories

Abstract

In this paper we present the design and development of a recommender system that has been developed for a federation of learning repositories. The recommender system is being deployed as a Web Service that is interconnected with both the individual repositories, as well as the Web portal that provides access to the whole federation.
