Abstract

This paper describes a novel robust control system design for nonlinear systems. The central concept is the robust identification of the plant by a time varying linear model and using it to design a robust controller stipulated by the Hinfin control theory. In this approach, the nonlinear plant is replaced by a time varying linear plant, and the designed controller is also time varying.
