Conclusion: IL-8 mRNA is over expressed in peripheral blood of women with endometriosis and play key role in course of disease. Abstract

Objective: To study the relationship between expression of IL-8 mRNA in peripheral blood and women with endometriosis and its clinical significance. 外周血IL-8 mRNA表达与子宫内膜异位症的关系

目的:探讨外周血IL-8 mRNA表达与子宫内膜异位症的关系及其临床意义。方法:应用达那唑治疗子宫内膜异位症患者，采用Real-time PCR法检测外周血IL-8 mRNA水平。结果:子宫内膜异位症患者外周血IL-8 mRNA表达水平为1.1339 ~ 0.1428。子宫内膜异位症患者与非子宫内膜异位症患者的差异有很高的统计学意义(P≪0.01)。而I≈II期和III期子宫内膜异位症患者IL-8 mRNA水平分别为1.1023−0.1371和1.1866−0.1543，两亚组间差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗6个月后，子宫内膜异位症患者外周血IL-8 mRNA表达量为1.0547 ~ 0.1299，与对照组差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:IL-8 mRNA在子宫内膜异位症患者外周血中过表达，在病程中起关键作用。达那唑可抑制子宫内膜过表达及IL-8引起的局部炎症反应。
