This article first analyzes the wear laws of wheels with different operating mileage. The growth rates of the equivalent conicity of the driving and trailing axles are 0.015mm and 0.011mm per 10,000 kilometers, respectively. Then the test points are introduced, mainly including the motor, traction motor, traction auxiliary converter and brake unit. After analyzing the test data, it is found that the vibration state of the equipment under the vehicle is good under the new wheel state, and when the wheel is worn, the carbody has 5~8Hz shaking frequency. Abstract
