This The paper looks at the process of solving tasks related to district heating at the conditions of market and uncertainty. Here, the possibilities of individual and cooperative behaviour of different market participants are also reviewed. For substantiating the rationality of the decisions and distributing the additional profit in the case of joining companies, the methods of the cooperative game theory are used.
