Research on Sports Economic Model under the Background of New Media: Tencent NBA as an Example

Abstract

The Chinese sports industry is in a stage of vigorous development. With the support of the government and enterprises and the rise of the new media era, the sports economy is facing a very optimistic future. This article aims to take the Tencent NBA as an example to explore the sports economic model in the context of new media. By collating the research results in this field in recent years, the author summarizes the mainstream model of the sports economy, and then uses the Tencent NBA as an example for a depth analysis and research, then ultimately form valuable business recommendations on the basis of research conclusions.
