Abstract

The content of Highway landscape planning involves the whole view in passengers' visual field including highway itself. The scenery in passengers' eyes is just within the highway landscape area that their attention are paid to, so passengers' visual field must be taken as the control area in highway landscape planning. The speed is regarded as the base of landscape planning control scale, and driver's attention focus region is defined in the paper.
