Persepsi Bidan Tentang Kontrasepsi Iud Pasca Plasenta Di Ruang Bersalin RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari SalehBanjarmasin

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang.  Program KB yang paling diutamakan pemerintah adalah metode KB dengan MKJP seperti Implan, MOP, MOW, dan IUD. Metode IUD pasca plasenta mulai diterapkan karena dianggap lebih efektif dan bisa meningkatkan cakupan KB. Salah satu Rumah Sakit yang telah menjalankan Program ini secara gratis adalah di RSUD dr.H.Moch. Ansari Saleh, dimana pelaksana secara langsung adalah bidan, yang berhubungan langsung dengan pasien, dan pihak yang melakukan pemasangan IUD pasca plasenta. Tujuan Penelitian . Mengetahui persepsi bidan tentang kontrasepsi IUD pasca plasenta di ruang bersalin RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Metode Penelitian.  Studi Kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dengan  indepth interview  kepada 4 orang informan utama, yaitu Bidan di Ruang Bersalin RSUD Ansari Saleh, 3 orang informan triangulasi yaitu Kepala Ruang Bersalin dan ibu post partum di ruang bersalin. Analisis data hasil wawancara melalui beberapa tahap reduksi data reduction , data  display , dan c onclusion drawing. Hasil.  Aspek pandangan teoritis, pengetahuan bidan tentang IUD pasca plasenta cukup baik, sumber perolehan pengetahuan yaitu pengalaman, guru, orang tua, teman, buku dan media masa. Aspek pemberian kesan, kesan tentang IUD pasca plasenta adalah positif, seperti sangat bagus karena jangka waktu yang lama, gratis, dapat sepaket dengan program jampersal, memiliki banyak keuntungan, dapat menurunkan angka kelahiran dan angka kematian bayi, serta baik untuk kesejahteraan keluarga. Aspek pendapat, pendapat bidan sangat positif tentang IUD pasca plasenta. Kendalanya, inform consent masih susah, dan stok IUD masih terbatas. Simpulan.  Bidan di RSUD dr. H.Moch. Ansari Saleh memiiki persepsi yang positif dan baik terhadap penerapan IUD pasca plasenta. ABSTRACT Background.  The family planning program that is most prioritized by the government is the KB method with MKJP such as Implants, MOP, MOW, and IUDs. The post-placental IUD method has been applied because it is considered more effective and can increase family planning coverage. One of the hospitals that has run this program for free is at RSUD dr.H.Moch. Ansari Saleh, where the direct executor is the midwife, who deals directly with the patient, and the party who installs the post-placental IUD. Research Objectives . Knowing the perception of midwives about post-placental IUD contraception in the delivery room at RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin.  Research methods.  Case Study with a qualitative approach. Primary data collection by in-  depth interviews  with 4 main informants, namely Midwives in the Maternity Room of Ansari Saleh Hospital, 3 triangulation informants, namely the Head of the Maternity Room and post partum mothers in the delivery room. Analysis of interview data through several stages of  data reduction  , data  display  , and  conclusion drawing. Results.  Aspects of the theoretical view, the midwife's knowledge of the post-placental IUD is quite good, the sources of knowledge acquisition are experience, teachers, parents, friends, books and mass media. Aspects of giving an impression, the impression about the post-placental IUD is positive, such as very good because it has a long period of time, is free, can be bundled with the Jampersal program, has many advantages, can reduce birth rates and infant mortality rates, and is good for family welfare. Aspects of opinion, the midwife's opinion is very positive about the post-placental IUD.  The problem is that informed consent is still difficult, and the stock of IUDs is still limited. Conclusion.  Midwives at RSUD dr. H.Moch. Ansari Saleh has a positive and good perception of the post-placental IUD application.
