A simultaneous combinations of finite realistic earth conductivity and permittivity are considered, The field values obtained by this technique are compared with those obtained by using a boundary element method. Abstract
This paper discusses the effect of the electrical properties of soil, permittivity and conductivity, on the electric field values around EHV transmission lines.
