Abstract
This paper describes a new low cost instrument to accurately measure power line impedances on-line. Computer simulation is presented, which shows that the fundamental accuracy of the Resistive Shunt On-line Impedance Analyzer is better than 0.1% from 0.5 Ω to 50 kΩ and from 1 kHz to 10 MHz.
