Covid-19: The National Library of New Zealand experience

Abstract

This article summarises the experience of the National Library of New Zealand in coping with the first year of the global Covid-19 pandemic. It is written from the perspective of the National Librarian, Bill Macnaught CBE, in the months before he retired in December 2020.
