In this paper, the minimal average absolute differences match method and the smooth constrained minimal average absolute differences match algorithm are improved, yielding one integer transform dependent and smooth constrained block match algorithm, redesigning the smooth constraint conditions, stating one new search match function, and performing the simulation experiments.
