New variety of black currant Shaman

Abstract

The article gives the morphological, biological and economic characteristics of the new blackcurrant varieties of Shaman breeding at the Sverdlovsk Horticultural Selection Station. The variety is allocated for high adaptive properties to abio- and biotic factors, stable yield, large-fruited. A new variety of black currant blackberry in 2017 is included in the State register of protected selection achievements, patent No. 9375 of 06.12.2017. Abstract The article shows the results of the black currant varnish cultivation in the Middle Urals. Based on the results of three years of study, varieties were identified for productivity, for large-fruited fruit, for high taste qualities, for resistance to the tick bud and for a set of utility characteristics.
