Abstract

This paper discuss a method of circle detection using HSV method, Circle Hough Transform (CHT) method and combination of HSV and CHT method. Then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the color detection method, CHT method and the combination of both, which include the speed of the data process, the reliability of the algorithm, the limitations and so on. The object used in the experiments is a table tennis ball placed on different area. The HSV method is a selection of object using color filtering.
