The research sample was taken from six schools which were conducted through a purposive random sampling method. The result of this research is that the implementation of instructional supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic in Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools in Malang City has been carried out effectively by utilizing information and communication technology. The implementation of instructional supervision activities is carried out through three supervision activities, namely planning, implementing, and evaluating follow-up supervision results. The implementation of instructional supervision activities during the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out through platforms such as Google meet and zoom and digital communication media such as WhatsApp which were used to support teaching supervision activities. 利用信息通信技术实施新冠肺炎大流行期间教学监督的有效性
