Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy, the number of victims and economic losses caused by Urban Waterlogging continue to increase, and Urban Waterlogging has become the core problem to be solved. 基于二元水循环过程的PSR模型的城市内涝机理分析
随着中国经济的快速发展,城市内涝造成的受害者人数和经济损失不断增加,城市内涝已成为亟待解决的核心问题。考虑到研究区相关研究的盲点,有必要对西宁市进行系统、科学的城市内涝诊断,为解决西宁市内涝问题提供有针对性的指导。在二元水循环过程框架下,结合PSR评价模型,压力P系统由城市化水平特征、土地利用特征和降雨演变特征组成,状态S系统由历史内涝和当前内涝组成,响应R系统由海绵城市建设、排水运行管理和排水网络建设组成。综合分析结果表明,西宁市城市内涝的主要成因为压力增大、不平衡状态和分散响应。
