Abstract

This paper introduces the problems existing in the process of cultivating practical ability of college students majoring in vehicle engineering and the necessity and significance of school-enterprise collaborative training. And put forward the core of student engineering practice and innovation ability, and based on the demand of industrial talents, form a school-enterprise synergy long-term mechanism based on “industry-study integration” to create a community of engineering education responsibility for mutual cooperation, joint construction and sharing.
