Furthermore, the clearing model of inter provincial power market transaction is proposed with taking into account the interests of generation, transmission and consumption. The transaction method of regional integrated electricity market is obtained in the dual track system of planning and market. Abstract

The inter provincial and intra provincial transaction clearing model in the dual track system of planning and market is the key core of the construction of the national unified power market. Complementarity of Sichuan and Chongqing in power is analyzed in time scale.
