The Evaluation on Local Investment Environments from Taiwan-Funded Enterprises—In the Case of Huai’an

Abstract

本文构建投资环境综合评价指标体系，在此基础上运用层次分析法分析了江苏省淮安市台资企业对本地投资环境评价状况。数据来源于访谈和问卷。研究发现:台资企业对淮安基础设施建设和政府支持最为满意；对淮安的产业配套条件满意度最低；本地制度文化环境因素在一定程度上也无法达到台商要求。 This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation index system about the investment environment, and uses AHP approach to analyze how Taiwan’s enterprises evaluate local investment environment. All data comes from face-to-face interviews and questionnaires. There are some findings as follows: local infrastruc- tures and local government meet Taiwan’s enterprises well. However, local supporting industry cannot satisfy them. Moreover, local culture and institutions are also not coupling with the demands of Taiwan’s enterprises.
