Spanish Abstract: Este documento representa una revision de conceptos de los modelos farmacocineticos y forma parte de la serie de un capitulo de estudio sobre la farmacocinetica. Esta disenado como complemento para que se utilice como material para introducir al estudio de la Farmacologia. Se utilizan las ecuaciones que explican de manera sencilla el comportamiento del farmaco a traves del organismo determinados por los factores fisiologicos y de esta forma se podra cuantificar las concentraciones de farmaco en funcion del tiempo contribuyendo a la explicacion del efecto posible a observar.
