Abstract

elements that allow identify the development of the users formation and its application in the university public libraries and the school libraries. In this same way, are showed concepts than have became part of the users formation as: development of informative skills, formation in information and culture information, and that contribute to consider the characteristics that allow recognize the people that educate and the edu-cated users on the information use.
