The following instruments were used for assessing the quality of nursing work life: Brooks Quality of Nursing Work Life, Quality of Work Life, Work Related Quality of Life scale, Professional Quality of Life scale, and The World Health Organization Quality of Life. Conclusions. The instruments demonstrated acceptable psychometric properties.
