Abstract
Magneto-dielectric nano-composite (magnetic nanowire in anodic alumina) films are fabricated on silicon substrate. Kerr measurements reveal magnetic properties of the nano-composite, while the microwave measurements in the frequency band 0.2-18 GHz show relatively low dielectric losses.
