Abstract
The micro glass bead, which were covered by gold nanoparticles, was fabricated by wet process and studied for the plasmonic nano heater in water. The plasmonic beads of > 3 μm in diameter were thermally treated with electric oven for 3 hours. The thermoplasmonic bead generated plasmonic bubbles by laser illumination of the wavelength of 473 nm and the power of 32 mW.
