The result of this study was it found Hemidactylus frenatus samples from several regions which are divided into three provinces, namely East Java, Central Java, and West Java. The morphometric analysis of H. frenatus from the three provinces shows the grouping of H. frenatus according to the province of each individual, and can be seen also the similarity and difference character based on the biplot line. 爪哇系带半爪螨的形态变异
