Abstract

Law n. 219/17 regulates, for general rules and principles, the therapeutic relationship between doctor and patient with specific regard to: informed consent in health, advance treatment declarations and advanced care planning. In this renewed regulatory framework, the support administration (introduced in italian legal system by Law n. 6/2004) is also included outlining one of the tools through which the rights of the person are safelocated in the end of life.
