Abstract

This rational and efficient allocation of human resources is a prerequisite to improve overall efficiency of the organization. This article analysed and evaluated the related elements of organization, and then it proposed a two-way choice model of optimal allocation of human resources form the maneuverability. We used the genetic algorithm to solve the model and desgined detail process of the algorithm. That method provided a new specific quantitative management tool to optimal allocation of human resources. Finally, a numerical example is calculated to proved the effectiveness of the method.
基于双向选择模型的遗传算法人力资源配置优化研究
这种合理高效的人力资源配置是提高组织整体效率的前提。本文对组织的相关要素进行了分析和评价,并从可操作性的角度提出了人力资源优化配置的双向选择模型。采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,并设计了算法的具体流程。该方法为人力资源的优化配置提供了一种新的具体量化管理工具。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。
