Interoperability

Abstract

Interoperability — or, rather, lack of interoperability — is a besetting problem in healthcare. We need digital to work seamlessly — to interoperate — across all specialties, disciplines and healthcare institutions (taking due account of privacy, cybersecurity and so on). It requires new thinking to get there.
