Analogy as a Teaching Tool: Clinical Lessons from the Game of Golf

Abstract

This essay suggests the use of analogy in legal education. It suggests different areas to which an analogy may be made. The essay describes the analogy of the game of golf in a clinical law setting and suggests the lessons that may be learned from the analogy, both by the clinical law student and the supervising attorney or clinical faculty.
