Abstract

Innovative technologies in the world can improve interaction with customers, whose feedback depends on the evaluation of the services provided. AI-based chatbot technologies can be used to provide personalized services, such as meal planning and fitness support. This direction of automation of industry services is becoming widespread in the world. The article analyzes the foreign experience in the development of the automation of hospitality services, identifies the main advantages and disadvantages.
