Also, structural equation modeling was utilized to examine the relationships between TQM elements and an organization's performance (SEM). The primary objective of this study is to investigate how Total Quality Management (TQM) influences the performance of healthcare institute. The research was conducted with the assistance of National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD). Abstract

Pakistan has been one of the fastest-growing economies in developing countries. Therefore, it is not surprising that the healthcare industry is also expanding rapidly. In the past two decades, Pakistan's healthcare industry has risen astoundingly. This study seeks to determine the extent to which TQM has been implemented in Pakistan's healthcare sector, as well as how it influences and is influenced by organizational effectiveness.
