Abstract

This study concerns the development strategy of an enterprise that wants to satisfy an economic demand, by minimization costs of investments and exploitation, and to assure a certain level of reliability, according to social and financial constraints and environmental policies. However, all planed investments (electrical transportation networks) cannot be realized in their totality due to not sufficient financial resources. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a priority order classification based on economic and technical criteria.
