Organically combine mimic defense, parallel intelligence, Prognostics and Health Management (PHM), together with agent-based evolution to make the technology framework, and apply BHM to smart city cyber-physical-social system. Abstract

In this paper, we propose the conceptual framework, formal methods, techniques and issues of Blockchain-oriented Health Management (BHM). Regard blockchain as complex system.
