Organizational learning and employee commitment have a significant effect on employee competence. Abstract

Employee performance is the main target to improve organizational progress, and employee competence is a solution to improve employee performance as well as improve organizational performance. Organizational performance can be improved through organizational learning and organizational commitment. The purpose of this research is to improve employee performance which is supported by organizational learning and organizational commitment with employee competence as a solution to performance problems.
