Mathematical Support of Modeling Methods in Quality Management Problems of Complex System and Processes

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of mathematical support of situational approach to the development of management decision support systems in the management of the quality of complex objects. Based on the analysis of the main tasks that are solved when making management decisions, the sequence of procedures necessary for their solution is determined. The methods of modeling, allowing to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the state of the object in the presence of both quantitative and qualitative assessment indicators, are proposed.
