A grid tied inverter (GTI) will also be integrated here, which will ensure the excess electrical power to flow to the national grid. Abstract

A unique solar photovoltaic module connected instant power supply (IPS) system with intelligent priority based load distribution system has been designed in this project. Here the solar panels will be connected through an MPPT charge controller to the battery of an existing IPS (Instant Power Supply) which is common in urban areas where power cut is a common phenomenon.
