Abstract

Abstract Computer-aided analysis by the method of finite elements of the stress-strain working state of rollers having a pair point contact, a support-rotating device of truck cranes and other lifting-transport machines is performed. The regularities of the change of contact stresses with characteristic values at the ends of the rollers and along their length, which are important for practice, are obtained. The obtained results are presented graphically, which increases the possibilities of their practical use at the stages of design and operation of support-rotating devices of truck cranes with mutually perpendicular rollers.
相互垂直滚子汽车起重机支承回转装置的应力研究
摘要采用有限元法对汽车起重机及其他起重运输机械支承旋转装置中具有对点接触的滚轮的应力-应变工作状态进行了计算机辅助分析。得到了接触应力随滚子端部及滚子长度特征值变化的规律,对实际应用具有重要意义。所得结果以图形形式给出,增加了在相互垂直滚轮汽车起重机支承旋转装置设计和操作阶段实际应用的可能性。
