Abstract

This paper proposes multilevel Class-DE resonant converters (RSCs) with full range regulation. The converters feature simple circuit structures, zero-voltage switching (ZVS) turn-on for all transistors, and zero current switching (ZCS) turn-off for all diodes. The voltage gain is continuously adjustable for all load conditions within 2X frequency range. Simulation results validated the operation principle and regulation capability.
