Abstract
A safe space power supply is the premise to ensure the successful completion of space missions. At present, the load distributor power supply of SAR platform in China has developed into a trend of miniaturization, customization and innovation. Using new design concepts and new reliability assurance processes to ensure its reliability is an important link for the load to successfully complete the task. In this paper, the reliability design of spaceborne power supply for SAR platform is analyzed from the aspects of component reliability, design reliability and process reliability. After many tests, the final results are shown that the reliability design is still effective.
