To overcome these concerns, the proposed scheme suggests applying an offline optimization algorithm, as an online progressive optimizer during the runtime of the control system, as a novel way. Here, the firefly algorithm is utilized as the progressive optimization method. Abstract

This paper outlines a new approach to optimal control using a firefly progressive algorithm. Having the proposed progressive control method allowed us to solve several problems of offline and online optimization algorithms.
