Research of Vehicle Video Analysis System Based on SVM

Abstract

In the process of building a safe city, security is an important task in the daily management of the government, and with the construction of the city alarm and monitoring system, the analysis of monitoring data is also increasingly important. In this paper, analysis of surveillance video and the development of the license plate analysis system based on SVM recognition technology is proposed. It is shown that the development of the system can help to improve the level of vehicle analysis and promote traffic management and supervision means.
